Refund policy
30-day returns on every mic
You can return any microphone within 30 days of delivery. That includes the Ohma Ribbon, the Ohma Condenser, the Ohmie and mic bundles. There's no restocking fee. You pay return shipping.
How to start a return
Email info@ohmaworld.com before you send anything back, and we'll walk you through it. Please don't ship a return without contacting us first.
Return the mic with everything it came with, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method.
Final sale
These can't be returned:
- B-Stock mics
- Custom-painted screens
- Custom logo screens
- Accessories bought on their own
A pop filter that came in a mic bundle comes back with the mic like any other return.
International returns
You pay return shipping. VAT, duties and customs fees aren't refunded by us; your local customs office handles those. If you refuse an international package or don't pay its duties, it comes back to us, and we refund your order minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or not working?
If your mic arrives damaged or isn't working, email info@ohmaworld.com with photos and your order number. Problems after that are covered by our warranty: 1 year, or 2 years when you register your mic.
Limited edition items
We may limit how many limited edition items can ship to one address. Orders over the limit may be canceled.
