Where can I download the specifications?

You can find the specs and frequency response of our microphones on our live manual page. Explore the nuances and differences, and make an informed choice that suits your needs.

Where can I find my microphone's serial number?

To locate your microphone's serial number, look underneath the back, bottom screen. Using an Ohma or any thick pick, remove the panel to reveal the serial number. The back side of the microphone is indicated by the XLR mount screw hole on its stem.

It can also be used to identify and register your microphone, as well as for service and warranty support should you need it.

Which side is the front of the microphone?

The back side of the microphone is indicated by the XLR mount screw hole on its stem. The front side of the microphone does not have a screw hole.

International Orders

Is it possible to purchase an Ohma microphone from outside the United States?

Certainly! If you're located in an area with an Ohma dealer, you can purchase directly from them. They will fulfill your order and offer customer support. If there's no dealer nearby, you're welcome to order Ohma microphones through our website. Please note, free shipping is offered only within the US and Puerto Rico.

Warranty

Extend Your Warranty from 1 to 2 Years

All Ohma microphones come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty for the original owner, starting from the date of the purchase.

If you're looking for added protection for your purchase, consider extending the duration of your warranty from one to two years. Doing so can provide you with more coverage in case something goes wrong, giving you peace of mind and added security.

To extent your warranty to two years, please register your product online via our registration page. Prior registration of your product is required before any warranty service can be approved or performed. 

If any Ohma product should need repair during the warranty period no charges will be applied for parts or labor. Please note that this warranty does not cover (a) damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects; (b) physically damaged connectors; (c) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or abuse, (d) any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); (e) repair or attempted repair by anyone other than or approved by Ohma World; (f) any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; (g) normal wear and any periodic maintenance; (h) damage due to inappropriate storage; (i) deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; (j) damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities (wrong voltage, etc); (k) damage due to liquid contamination; (l) damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for; (m) product purchased as ex-demo, refurbished stock or second hand, (m) any aesthetic alterations due to normal usage or aging. 

Custom Orders

Custom Order & Limited Edition Shipping

Please note that custom orders and limited edition products are in most cases specially made to order and may take longer than usual to prepare and ship. We will make every effort to keep you updated during this process and provide realistic estimates of delivery times case by case. Custom orders may take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.

The 30-day return period for custom orders and limited edition products shall start from the day of delivery. Limited Edition Ordering

We reserve the right to restrict the number of limited edition items available per mailing address. Orders that exceed normal individual quantities may be canceled.

How do I get a custom logo screens with my design?

For $199, we offer two custom bottom screens for your microphone featuring your logo, band name, or any fun design you desire. This offer is exclusive to new screens.

Shipping

Free Shipping

We happily offer free shipping on orders over $150 for domestic (USA) customers.

When your order is placed we will email you an order confirmation (this is your receipt). Once your package is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and courier. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to PO BOXES.

Customers internationally are personally responsible for customs duties, brokerage & clearance entry fees in addition to shipping costs. Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. We ship your package according to the international commerce term DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID (DDU). This means that, upon checkout, we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders outside of Los Angeles, California. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your package arrives damaged in shipping or with missing content, please report this immediately to the courier or within 14 days of arrival at the latest with photo documentation. 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for all Ohma World mics and accessories. Please contact us via email at support@ohmaworld.com before starting your return process.

We happily offer a 30-day return or exchange on all Ohma World mics. The 30-day return period for all Ohma World mics and accessories starts from the day of delivery.

Please contact us via email at support@ohmaworld.com before starting your return process. Items cannot be sent for return/exchange without contacting Ohma World first.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and packed with care. Refunds provided exclude original shipping costs and include an $8 restocking fee.
