By participating in this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Ohma World (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • This Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, representatives, or agents of Ohma World, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD

  • The Giveaway ends on March 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”).
  • Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must complete the following steps to enter:

  1. Follow @OhmaWorld on Instagram.
  2. Tag two (2) friends in the official giveaway post comments.
  3. Submit an entry via the giveaway form.
  • Ohma World reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent or incomplete.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • Winner contacted: The winner will be contacted March 15th via Instagram and email and will have 24 hours to confirm. If unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected, which may delay the announcement.
  • The winner will be announced publicly on March 17, 2024.
  • The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Ohma World is not responsible for any communication failures due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

  • One (1) custom Ohma microphone in the winner’s chosen color (subject to availability).
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • Ohma World reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. SHIPPING & TAXES

  • Ohma World will cover standard shipping costs worldwide.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Ohma World is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Ohma World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control affects the integrity of the Giveaway.
  • If the Giveaway is canceled for any reason, Ohma World is not obligated to distribute the prize.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ohma World, Instagram, and affiliated partners from any liability related to this Giveaway.

8. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

  • By entering, participants agree to receive email marketing from Ohma World.
  • Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Entrants can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Ohma World the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness in promotional materials without further compensation.
